The Fractured Atlas of Jelara #24 Royal Trinity

Since the story follows Princess Jelara as she traverses parallel worlds, encountering her counterparts and nearly causing the collapse of the multiverse, I sought to depict three versions of the princess within a single illustration. At the same time, my art teacher had introduced the technique of rendering glowing white, and I was eager to experiment with it. For the setting, I chose an abandoned ballroom with a fallen chandelier as the backdrop. The three princesses are arranged at varying distances from the viewer, creating a sense of depth and perspective. While the lighting is effectively portrayed, my teacher reminded me that in compositions with multiple characters, their relative positioning is not the only consideration—adherence to the rule of thirds is also essential for emphasizing the focal point. Accordingly, the princess in red—the traversing princess—is positioned to the far left to highlight her role as the central figure.
